We organized a new edition of our team building, bringing together employees from several of our subsidiaries at the heart of our olive oil crushing facility. This day was designed as a special moment for sharing, reflection, and team cohesion, within an environment directly connected to one of our core strategic activities. Through this initiative, we aim to strengthen the bonds between our teams while showcasing the professions and sectors that form the DNA of our Group.
A day dedicated to collaboration and innovation.
The day’s program was designed to foster exchange, creativity, and collective intelligence. Our employees notably took part in a “Speed Boat” workshop, a collaborative exercise aimed at identifying the key drivers to accelerate our digital transformation. This interactive session enabled teams to share their ideas and collectively reflect on ways to strengthen performance and innovation across our various entities.
Workshops inspired by Moroccan know-how.
The day was also enriched by team cohesion workshops centered around Moroccan craftsmanship, highlighting the cultural heritage and traditional know-how. These sessions offered participants the opportunity to discover or rediscover certain artisanal practices while strengthening team spirit in a friendly and engaging atmosphere.
An immersion at the heart of the olive sector.
Our employees also benefited from a presentation on the olive sector, one of the strategic pillars of our agricultural activities. This immersion in our crushing facility provided a better understanding of the different stages of olive processing, as well as the quality and sustainability challenges associated with olive oil production.
Well-being and nutrition at the heart of the discussions.
The day continued with an exchange with an expert on well-being and nutrition, highlighting the importance of a balanced lifestyle for both individual and collective performance. This session generated strong interest among employees, reinforcing the human and responsible dimension that we aim to promote.
