Orbis Real Estate, real estate subsidiary of the Orbis Holding Group, is launching the marketing of its new “Harhoura Hills” project in Harhoura. Harhoura Hills is a seaside project on two facades offering sea views with a wide choice of surface areas and locations.
The name of the project reflects the refined character of the product and pays tribute to the great change that the commune of Harhoura is experiencing, through the modern infrastructure put in place and the exceptional quality of life offered to residents. Harhoura Hills is part of the development strategy known by the Orbis Group in general, and its real estate subsidiary in particular.
Project presentation
Made up of seven (7) R+3 buildings with two (2) basements, Harhoura Hills has 96 apartments in different configurations:
- One (1) bedroom and living room
- Two (2) bedrooms and living room
- Three (3) bedrooms and living room
The areas are from 62m² to 145m².
A commercial area is also planned, made up of businesses with areas ranging from 93m² to 225m².
Construction work began in August 2022 for delivery at the end of 2024.

Harhoura Hills is located at the Harhoura seaside area and offers panoramic and unobstructed views of the sea. 15 minutes from Rabat, the project is connected to the Harhoura coastal road as well as the motorway network.
Energy efficiency and respect for the environment
The project design takes into consideration a set of techniques and tools for optimal respect for the environment:
- Thermal insulation of exterior walls and terraces
- Double glazing to limit heat transmission
Interior finish and materials
Particular attention is paid to the choice of interior materials. The apartments benefit from a soothing atmosphere, with shades of white and gray.
The materials used are as follows:
- Interior space: White marble
- Kitchen: Rectified tiles
- Bedrooms: Laminate flooring and air conditioning
- Bathrooms: Rectified tiles and suspended sanitary ware
- Carpentry: Oak-colored doors and cupboards
- Aluminum: High-end anthracite gray with double glazing
- Electricité : Domotique et appareillages électriques haut de gamme
