“Harhoura Hills” is the new High Standing project of Orbis Real Estate, real estate subsidiary of the Orbis Holding Group, the marketing of which was launched during a communications meeting, Thursday in Rabat, with clients of the real estate developer.
This is a seaside project on two facades offering a sea view with a wide choice of surface areas and locations, indicated Mustapha Alaoui, Director of the real estate division of Orbis Real Estate in his presentation.
The name of the project reflects the refined character of the product and pays tribute to the great change that the commune of Harhoura is experiencing, through the modern infrastructure put in place and the exceptional quality of life offered to residents, he said, noting that “Harhoura Hills” is part of the development strategy experienced by the Orbis Group in general, and its real estate subsidiary, in particular.
Made up of seven (7) R+3 buildings with two (2) basements, this residential complex has 96 apartments in different configurations: One (1) bedroom and living room, two (2) bedrooms and living room and three (3 ) bedrooms and living room with areas ranging from 64 m² to 147 m². In a statement to M24, MAP's continuous news channel, Mr. Alaoui indicated that the group opted for a closed residence in order to offer a pleasant living environment to future buyers (swimming pool, park), adding that the choice was made on the commune of Harhoura which offers an exceptional seaside living environment after its metamorphosis.
This is an area that has many assets, he said, noting that the apartments offered can serve as a primary or secondary residence.
